I have been working with metal for over 17 years. I love creating art jewelry and get inspired by nature as well as a myriad of other things. Copper and silver are my favorite metals to work with but I will occasionally work in yellow, white and pink gold or brass to change things up a bit.
I love to do custom orders. Please continue reading to learn about my custom order policies.

All art jewelry is gift boxed and arrives at your door ready to give or keep for yourself.
If your purchase is a gift I am happy to add a gift card with a special message. Just let me know.

PAYMENT POLICY
I accept PayPal for payment. In special circumstances I will accept money orders. Please contact me if this is how you would like to pay.

PAYPAL PAYMENT INFO:
Your jewelry must ship to the confirmed address associated with your PayPal account. If using a PayPal eCheck, your jewelry will not ship until your eCheck clears. This usually takes approx. 1 week.

MONEY ORDER PAYMENT INFO (available in special circumstances only):
For money order payments, your jewelry will ship out once payment is received. Money order payment must be received within 4 days after order is placed. Please email me if you would like to make a purchase using a money order.

WASHINGTON STATE ORDERS:
8.6% sales tax will be assessed on all orders shipping within Washington state.

SHIPPING & MADE TO ORDER POLICIES
Most pieces (not including "made to order" pieces) will ship with 24-48 hours after you place your order. This excludes weekends and holidays. Pieces ship via USPS First Class Mail. Most shipments, excluding international, will include a delivery confirmation number when you used PayPal.

I love to recycle and reuse shipping materials as much as I can. Please consider recycling or reusing the shipping materials that your art jewelry is shipped in. Think GREEN!
The shipping charges shown include a small handling charge. This charge helps cover my shipping and packaging supplies as well as time spent going to and from the post office.
Delivery times on packages vary, so please allow up to 1 to 2 weeks for your art jewelry to arrive (longer for international shipments).
Please contact me if you feel your shipment is lost. I will track it and if it is marked as being delivered, you will need to contact your local post office/delivery person with the delivery confirmation number to locate the package.
International shipping and handling charges cover the cost of shipping, extra time it takes to complete customs forms, travel time to and from the post office and time spent waiting in line.
Customs forms on international shipments are completed with factual information including actual value of the item being shipped. This is for my protection and yours. Please do not ask me to mark "gift" and/or lie about the actual value of the item being shipped.
International buyers are responsible for any and/or all customs fees, taxes, and duties associated with their purchase and shipping to the buyer's country, should they be assessed. Any fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. I have no way of figuring these fees and I am in no way responsible for any of these charges. International buyers accept responsibility for any and all of these charges that may be imposed on their purchases.
International shipments can take 1 to 6 weeks for arrival. I have no control over how long a package stays in customs. If you need expedited International shipping, please let me know and I will figure out the cost for you and add it to the total. Buyer will be responsible for all additional costs for faster shipping options. Please understand however, I have no control over the package once it has been shipped.

RETURNS
I want you to be 110% satisfied with your new art jewelry. In the event you are not, please return the piece in same condition it was received including all gift boxes/wrapping within 3 days of receipt. Your purchase price will be refunded with the exception of shipping costs.
Custom or special orders are not returnable.

RING RESIZE
I do offer one free resize on most rings (without stones only) that I sell. If you receive your ring and it doesn't fit perfect, please let me know.
Special order gold rings are not covered under this resize policy.

MADE TO ORDER LISTINGS
What does this mean?
It means the art jewelry piece listed will be made when YOU order it :D Please allow 2 to 5 (see listing for actual time) business days (i.e. Monday thru Friday) for your art jewelry to be hand crafted and mailed to you (once payment has cleared).
I will create made to order purchases ONLY after payment has been received and cleared.
For all made to order listings, please allow for slight variations from the pictures shown. Since each art jewelry piece is hand crafted by me, each one will be slightly different. That is one of the things that makes each made to order piece special!

CUSTOM ORDER INFO

Currently my time frame for completing custom work is approx. 1 week to 3 weeks.
Pre-payment may be required on custom orders. For custom orders over $100, money order payment may be required.
Custom orders are final. No returns/refunds will be accepted on custom orders.
